Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
Amanda Johnson
Amanda Johnson specializes in supporting driven individuals navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, and trauma. Her clients often include professionals, students, athletes, executives, and entrepreneurs—people who are used to keeping it all together until they suddenly can’t. Many find themselves caught in cycles of perfectionism, black-and-white thinking, mood swings, or the pressure to constantly “perform” in order to feel okay.
With a style that’s real, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, Amanda shows up not just as a therapist, but as a human being. She brings humor, authenticity, and emotional presence to her work, creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported.
Amanda’s approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. She helps clients pause, reconnect with themselves, and build the emotional resilience needed to move forward—not just to cope, but to truly thrive. She believes her clients are the experts of their own lives, and she is honored to walk alongside them in their healing journey.
Amanda graduated from Capella University in 2024, with a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Amanda also holds the National Certified Counselor™ (NCC) credential. Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #18333, supervised by Courtney Brain LMFT #114283
