Supervision Services for Associates

Courtney offers Associate Marriage and Family Therapists and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors the opportunity to practice alongside her while receiving ongoing guidance and support in accordance with BBS regulations and California law. Her relational approach to supervision emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and building confidence as a developing clinician. For associates who are obtaining their hours at another site, Courtney also offers private supervision services tailored to support their clinical growth and professional goals. CAMFT Certified Supervisor Certification Support

If you are an LMFT looking to become a CAMFT Certified Supervisor, I offer supervision and consultation to support you through the certification process and beyond. My supervision style is deeply relational, recognizing that effective supervision is built through connection, trust, curiosity, and collaboration. Rather than simply focusing on completing certification requirements, I work with you to develop your own authentic supervisory voice, strengthen your ability to build meaningful supervisory relationships, and navigate the ethical, clinical, and developmental aspects of being a supervisor. My goal is to provide a supportive and thoughtful space where you can grow into the supervisor you want to be while meeting the requirements of CAMFT’s Certified Supervisor Program.
