Family Therapy
Family Therapy sessions are a great way for the entire family to work on a singular issue, or to examine generational issues and ways to intervene as a unit to provide healing and reunification. In our practice, we welcome all types of families including (but not limited to)- nuclear families, blended families, single parent families, adopted families/foster families, extended families, childless families and reconstituted families. At this time, we do not perform evaluations intended for custody arrangements. However, we are happy to work with families and couples on coparenting issues and reunification counseling.

We have counselors that specialize in intimacy issues, communication challenges and family of origin issues that present in relationships. Couples Therapy can be completed as a stand alone service, or in conjunction with Individual Therapy. In our practice, all types of couples are welcome including monogamous relationships, heterosexual relationships, same sex relationships, open relationships, long distance relationships (as long as both individuals are located in the state of California at the time of sessions due to the Board of Behavioral Sciences law), and many others.
